Chocolate Lover Collagen Pudding

NEED:
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 scoop PuraVida Naturals collagen powder
½ teaspoon stevia (or more)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
STEPS:
- In a large bowl, stir together the coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, 1 scoop PuraVida Naturals collagen powder, stevia and vanilla until well blended.
- Separate into 4 small containers (4 servings).
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours to soak.
- Adjust the sweetness as desired.
